Located in the heart of Tbilisi’s Vera district, this 140 sqm apartment blends vintage charm with curated eclecticism. The layout is anchored by a bold modular sofa in animal-print upholstery, set against warm oak flooring and layered with patterned textiles and mid-century accents. A sleek stainless steel kitchen contrasts the soft curves of a Saarinen chair and custom glass sliding doors, defining functional zones while maintaining flow. Iconic lighting, collected artworks, and sculptural objects punctuate the interior—each element selected with a collector’s sensibility. From the minimalist bedroom with a velvet-carpeted floor to the light-filled vanity nook, the apartment tells a story of comfort, character, and lived-in sophistication.
