This two-story villa, located in Tskneti, is a serene modern sanctuary designed for a young family. The open-plan layout is bathed in natural light, with floor- to-ceiling windows that seamlessly connect indoor spaces to the pool and garden. Minimalist yet warm, the interior features a refined palette of wood, glass, and concrete, softened by bold artworks and lush greenery. Custom lighting, sculptural furniture, and a strong architectural rhythm create a sense of effortless sophistication—where comfort, function, and style meet in harmony.
