The name derives from the Georgian word Dill (herb). The place was set to be as the vegetarian day café in the primary residential location. Accordingly the use of color green was the key aspect in the interior concept. 60’s inspired furniture, abundant use of plants (even the outdoor palm tree greets you as you walk in) and the use of wood create very individualistic yet warm feel to the place.
